Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are only applicable for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  2. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery for any refund or exchange request.

  3. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims.

  4. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange.

  5. Refunds are not applicable for size issues caused by incorrect size selection by the customer.

  6. Customized or limited-edition products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  7. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  8. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused from our side.

  9. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
